🙌🏼 What you will be doing
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial team on a part-time, fixed-term basis (1 day/8 hours per week for 3 months). This role is designed to provide dedicated support to our strategic partner portfolio, helping to maintain strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure partners continue to receive an excellent experience.
Working closely with our Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams, you'll act as a trusted point of contact for key partners, supporting account growth while contributing to the successful delivery of commercial initiatives.
🧩 What you will be working on
As our Account Manager, you'll focus on maintaining and growing a portfolio of strategic partner accounts by:
- Managing relationships with key partner accounts and acting as a trusted commercial contact.
- Identifying opportunities to increase partner value through account growth, product adoption and joint commercial initiatives.
- Supporting partner onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition into our platform and services.
- Monitoring partner performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements to maximise engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve partner queries and remove blockers.
- Supporting contract renewals, commercial discussions and account planning where required.
- Providing regular updates on account health, risks and opportunities.
- Delivering an outstanding partner experience through proactive communication and relationship management.

Given the short-term, part-time nature of the role, the primary focus will be on maintaining existing partner relationships, supporting key commercial priorities and ensuring continuity across the account portfolio during the contract period.

Our Commercial team is responsible for building long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth. We work collaboratively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to deliver an exceptional partner experience and identify opportunities that benefit both our customers and the business.
This contract role will provide additional support during a busy period, bringing commercial expertise and helping the team maintain momentum across strategic accounts.

🤟🏻 What you will bring
We're looking for someone who can quickly build credibility and confidently manage commercial relationships. You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or a similar client-facing commercial role.
- Experience working within fintech, crypto, financial services or technology (payments experience is advantageous).
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A proactive, organised and self-sufficient approach to managing priorities.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, scaling business is desirable.
