On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

About The Company

Our client is a London-based B2B software company providing workflow and compliance tools to the financial and professional services sectors. With 300+ clients and a 90%+ retention rate, the business recently closed a £20m Series B and is expanding the commercial team to accelerate expansion revenue within its existing customer base.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of mid-market accounts, managing the full post-sales relationship from onboarding through to renewal and expansion. You will be accountable for net revenue retention and will work closely with customer success and product teams to ensure clients are expanding usage.

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of 30–50 mid-market accounts as the primary commercial contact. Drive renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through structured account reviews. Onboard new clients and ensure fast time-to-value with strong product adoption. Monitor account health and intervene early where churn risk is identified. Relay client feedback to product and leadership to advocate for improvements.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in account management or customer success within B2B SaaS or technology. Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets. Strong relationship builder - consultative, curious, and commercially sharp. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of £45,000 – £58,000, depending on experience. Uncapped commission on renewals and expansion. 25 days holiday and hybrid working from London. Pension, private health, and employee share scheme.
