Account Manager – Paid Social & PPC

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office) Industry: eCommerce Agency: Independent Digital Agency


About the Role

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, independent digital agency specialising in scaling eCommerce brands. They’re seeking a proactive, commercially minded Paid Social & PPC Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of performance-driven clients.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel paid media campaigns across Paid Social and PPC platforms.
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable growth and strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Paid Social and PPC campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and allied platforms.
  • Craft performance-led media strategies aligned with clients’ revenue and growth targets.
  • Optimise campaigns via structured testing, bidding, creative analysis, and data-driven decisions.
  • Provide clear, insightful reporting, and explain results/recommendations confidently to client stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in matters of performance, strategy, and planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, and CRO) to develop high-performing campaigns.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and advances to keep clients ahead of competition.
  • Support new business initiatives, sharing strategies, forecasts, and channel recommendations.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on Paid Social & PPC campaign management, preferably in an agency context.
  • eCommerce experience demonstrating growth achievements.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable overseeing budgets from £20k to £250k+ monthly.
  • Expertise in performance creative, feed optimisation, audience segmentation, and funnel-based campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, balancing technical expertise and client-facing clarity.
  • Highly organised, adept at juggling multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
