Job Title: Paid Media Manager
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: £50,000
Experience: ~3 years (PPC, Paid Social, or both)
The Opportunity
This international agency is scaling fast across Europe, and paid media sits at the centre of that growth. They’re hiring a Paid Media Manager because performance has outgrown junior execution and generic processes. Clients now expect smarter decision-making, clearer thinking, and someone who can actually own results across multiple markets.
If you’re currently running campaigns but not trusted to lead them, this role gives you proper ownership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning PPC and/or Paid Social campaigns across European markets
- Managing performance, budgets, and optimisation — not just following briefs
- Planning and testing new approaches to improve ROI and scale
- Working directly with clients and internal teams to influence strategy
- Using your Spanish, German, or French language skills to improve local market performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
