Account Manager professional services major accounts
Account Manager – Professional Services (UK)
As an Account Manager in our UK professional services team, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic growth across Colt’s key large professional services customers. This role is centred on deepening existing relationships through consultative upsell and cross-sell of Colt’s solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead strategic growth initiatives across Colt’s largest UK professional services customers
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with the business priorities of professional services institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across complex, multi-site professional services organisations
- Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and shape high-impact strategies
- Drive revenue growth through consultative upsell and cross-sell across Colt’s portfolio (cloud, SD-WAN, security, voice)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales through to delivery

What We're Looking For
- Recent and relevant B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital infrastructure, telco, IT services, or SaaS
- Experience working with or selling into large professional services organisations is highly desirable
- A proven track record of growing strategic accounts and reviving dormant relationships
- Experience managing complex enterprise clients with a consultative, outcome-based approach
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or SPIN
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for strategic selling and long-term client success
