Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Programmatic Specialist to join our EssenceMediacom Worldwide Programmatic Account Management team. This role offers:
- An international remit working with global advertisers such as The Coca Cola Company, EY, Dell, adidas, and Bayer.
- Exposure to all media channels, with opportunities to inform and validate programmatic strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage daily campaign activation across assigned clients, ensuring high standards and best-in-class execution.
- Oversee client task prioritisation, delegation, and team productivity.
- Maintain timely communication with clients while managing time-sensitive workflows.
- Support the extended team in Delhi for operational efficiency.
- Lead planning, optimisation, reporting, and campaign management for assigned accounts.
- Drive client KPIs and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure accurate campaign bookings, reconciliations, billing, and budget management.
- Support the Programmatic Account Director in designing, delivering, and managing json-formatted brief responses for clients and planning teams.

Campaign Delivery
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance frameworks and pillar guidelines.
- Conduct detailed benchmark reporting and analysis for new client campaigns.
- Produce and analyse historical results, insights, and performance reports.
- Manage viewability, brand safety, and audience verification (Inclusion/Exclusion lists, ad fraud detection, audience tools).
- Troubleshoot tag sufficiency, trafficking errors, and pixel issues with publishers/internal teams.
- Assist during client catch-ups, PCAs (Plan Change Approvals), and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
Operational & Technical Requirements
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of programmatic trading, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and real-time bidding (RTB).
- Responsible for team support and training, ensuring team members meet client/internal needs.
- Develop strong client relationships while managing expectations with leadership guidance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency.
- Gain expertise in WPP Media’s programmatic workflows and service offerings.
Key Skills & Experience
Technical & Digital Proficiency
- Practical experience in programmatic campaign management and endogenous digital technologies.
- Hands-on experience optimising digital media across platforms including:
- Google Display Network / Google AdWords
- Facebook / Instagram
- Twitter / X (nowbrand)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics preferred) and reporting.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word skills.
- Strong project management (Agile/traditional) and stakeholder coordination.
