Role Summary and Impact
You’ll join EssenceMediacom Worldwide’s Programmatic team, working across global campaigns (spanning multiple languages) and coordinating strategy worldwide.
Scope
- Support centrally executed campaigns and strategic directives for diverse blue-chip clients, including:
- The Coca-Cola Company
- EY
- Dell
- adidas
- Bayer
- Balanced portfolio:
- Direct campaigns
- Brand-focused initiatives
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Daily campaign management, ensuring high standards and outstanding client service
- Effective task prioritisation, delegation, and team productivity govermance
- Timely client communication
- Monitornig and directing workflows & Delhi operational teams
- Oversee campaign planning, optimisation, and reporting
- Delivery of impactful campaign reporting and insights
- Client KPI alignment and outcome achievement
- Ensure exceptional client service throughout
- Workflow optimisation using best practice protocols
- Support Programmatic Account Director in responding client briefs from planning teams
- Campaign reconciliation, billing, and budget accuracy
- Tracking, analysing, and improving campaign compliance

Campaign Delivery
- Uphol quality assurance frameworks and pillar guidelines
- Conduct benchmarking and analytical reporting for new client initiatives
- Historical performance analysis for informed insights
- Brand safety, viewability, and fraud protocols:
- Inclusion/Exclusion Lists management
- Ad fraud verification
- Audience quality checks via auditor tools
- Technical support:
- Pixel and trafficking optimisation
- Troubleshooting collaboration with publishers and internal teams
- Assistance in client catch-up briefings
- Coordinate pre-campaign report production aligned with planning stages
- Support PCA/QBRs (client discussions/reviews)
Operating & Technical Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of programmatic media campaigns & associated technologies
- People management:
- Support team members or direct reports, ensuring they deliver client needs effectively
- Allocate discretionary training where needed
- Strong relationship building and client expectation alignment (with Director Associate support)
- Automation efficiency recommendation
- Understand WPP Media’s value proposition and service delivery mechanisms
- Aim for programmatic expertise by expanding core capabilities

Requirements
- Functional knowledge of programmatic campaign execution and underpinning technology
- Hands-on experience optimising multiple digital channels:
- Google Display Network
- Google AdWords
- LinkedIn (moderate experience)
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Exceptional project management capabilities
- Streamlined work practices and efficiency mindset
- Analytical/Reporting acumen with:
- Command of analytics tools
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Desirable:
- Multilingual competencies
