Role Description
The Account Manager – PropTech Agency role is a full-time, hybrid position based in London.

The individual in this role will manage a portfolio of property and estate agency and PropTech clients, acting as a primary point of contact to nurture relationships, understand business goals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Coordinating campaigns and the production of marketing projects for digital, events, and print
- Gathering and interpreting client requirements
- Briefing and monitoring performance against agreed metrics
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Handling client queries
- Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
This role also involves collaborating with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations to maintain smooth project delivery and consistently improve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management or client services gained Agency Side, preferably within Estate Agency and Property or PropTech clients, marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills to understand client objectives, interpret data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative on-site environment in London, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with real estate and property developer clients or industry or technology-driven products and platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
