Role Mission

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our UK team and lead multiple client accounts across social media, digital, and integrated marketing. You will own day-to-day client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and drive high-quality delivery across all projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Account Management: Own day-to-day communication with multiple clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring strong relationships across all accounts.
  • Multi-Account Delivery: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining quality and consistency across all work.
  • Campaign Coordination & Internal Collaboration: Translate client briefs into actionable tasks and coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure smooth execution from briefing to delivery.
  • Reporting, Performance & Growth: Support reporting and performance tracking while identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling where relevant.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an Account Management role within a social media, digital, marketing, or creative agency.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (ideally three or more).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with experience managing stakeholders directly.
  • Experience working on social media campaigns, with exposure to paid media, influencer marketing, and reporting.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, ideally using project management, reporting, and CRM tools.
