About the role…
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and growing client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of creative packaging projects. Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal creative teams, you’ll ensure projects are strategically aligned, creatively compelling and delivered efficiently from concept through to completion.

What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Owning and developing strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
- Managing multiple packaging projects end to end, from initial brief to final delivery
- Creating clear, inspiring creative proposals and briefs that align with client objectives
- Collaborating closely with designers, strategists and production teams to deliver high-quality creative work
- Monitoring budgets, timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on track
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value through strategic creative solutions

About you…
This role would suit an experienced Account Manager with packaging experience, who thrives in a collaborative agency environment.
What we’re looking for…
- Proven experience in account management within packaging
- Experience developing and presenting proposals to clients
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused
