Account Manager - Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)

Location: South Wales

Yolk Recruitment is supporting an established and growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business in their search for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in electronics manufacturing who enjoys building customer relationships, managing complex projects, and working closely with engineering and production teams. You'll take ownership of key customer accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards while identifying opportunities to grow existing business.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, managing both the commercial and technical aspects of their accounts. Working across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and estimating, you'll oversee projects from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to full production, ensuring customers receive a seamless service throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
