About The Role
About the Role:
Within Industrial Services, DNV delivers inspection, vendor quality, and site supervision services to major clients including Offshore Wind developers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
To support our growth in France, we are looking for a Hybrid Account Manager / Recruiter with strong experience in Offshore Wind and/or Transmission System Operators (TSO).
This role sits at the intersection of commercial development and project execution, combining:
- Client relationship management and business growth
- Technical recruitment and resource mobilization
- Operational support to inspection activities
You will contribute to strengthening DNV’s position as a trusted partner for inspection and quality assurance services in the French energy and infrastructure market.

Account Management & Business Development
- Develop and expand relationships with:
- Offshore Wind developers, EPCs, and OEMs
- French TSO (RTE) and associated contractors
- Identify and develop opportunities in:
- Vendor inspection
- Site inspection and supervision
- Quality assurance services
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with DNV procedures
- Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance with internal governance
- Contribute to sales pipeline development and market expansion
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of technical specialists, including:
- Electrical and grid engineers (HV/MV)
- Offshore inspectors and supervisors
- QA/QC and commissioning specialists
- Build and maintain a strong network of freelance inspectors and consultants
- Assess candidates in line with DNV competence and qualification requirements
- Ensure timely and efficient mobilization of resources
Project Delivery Support
- Act as key interface between clients and inspection personnel
- Ensure alignment between:
- Scope of work
- Technical requirements
- Resource capabilities
- Monitor ongoing assignments to ensure:
- High-quality delivery
- Client satisfaction
- Compliance with DNV standards
- Proactively manage risks and operational challenges

The role will offer the opportunity to work on complex offshore and grid infrastructure projects whilst combining business development, recruitment, and operations.

About You
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Account management within inspection, certification, or related sectors
- AND Technical recruitment within engineering or industrial services
- Proven exposure to:
- Offshore Wind projects (preferred)
- OR TSO / grid infrastructure / high-voltage systems
Competencies
- Strong commercial mindset combined with delivery focus
- Solid understanding of inspection services, vendor quality, or site activities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong alignment with DNV values: safety, quality, and integrity
Languages
- Fluent French (mandatory) and English (mandatory)
