We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded. Our benefits are designed to create real value for every individual – fuelling engagement, performance, and growth. By prioritizing well-being, we build a workplace where personal and organizational success grow together.

As we continue to expand our presence across the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager who is to help accelerate our growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders and industry partners, you will develop strategic account plans, drive business growth, and strengthen Renewables position in a rapidly evolving market. This is a role with genuine impact and accountability. You'll have the autonomy to shape customer strategies, influence business outcomes, and contribute directly to the success of both our customers and our organisation.

If you're motivated by building relationships, delivering results, and making a positive contribution to the energy transition, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Identify emerging opportunities and work collaboratively across the business to develop innovative renewable energy solutions.
  • Lead and support commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and maximise customer value.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting through effective account planning and opportunity management.
  • Ability to problem-solve and navigate complex customer challenges and issues, working in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and support decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
