Job Title
We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded. Our benefits are designed to create real value for every individual – fuelling engagement, performance, and growth. By prioritizing well-being, we build a workplace where personal and organizational success grow together.
As we continue to expand our presence across the renewable energy sector, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Manager who is to help accelerate our growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the transition to a cleaner, more sustainable future while building long-term partnerships with customers across the UK and Europe.
In this role, you will take ownership of key customer relationships, identifying opportunities to support their renewable energy ambitions, and delivering solutions that create lasting value. Working closely with internal stakeholders and industry partners, you will develop strategic account plans, drive business growth, and strengthen Renewables position in a rapidly evolving market.
This is a role with genuine impact and accountability. You'll have the autonomy to shape customer strategies, influence business outcomes, and contribute directly to the success of both our customers and our organisation. If you're motivated by building relationships, delivering results, and making a positive contribution to the energy transition, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
