Parker Aerospace is looking for a customer-focused Aftermarket Account Manager to support and grow our aftermarket business with Rolls-Royce.
Reporting into the Commercial Director of Aftermarket, in this key role, you’ll act as the on-site interface between Parker Aerospace and Rolls-Royce, building strong long-term relationships across multiple sites and divisions. You’ll support sales growth, customer retention, aftermarket performance, and the successful coordination of Parker Aerospace Aftermarket products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and strengthening the Rolls-Royce customer relationship
- Acting as the customer advocate within Parker Aerospace Aftermarket
- Supporting the resolution of technical, logistical, performance, and service-related issues
- Driving profitable growth across spares, repairs, retrofits, and product improvements
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver strong operational performance
- Monitoring customer service, delivery, and quality expectations
- Identifying opportunities to reduce customer queries and improve support

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has aerospace experience including two or more years of high-level account management, customer relationship management experience, and project and customer program management. As well as thorough knowledge of company products and services, technology, regulations, and policies related to marketing and customer support for airline, military or OEM customers.
