Fatsoma is recruiting a Manchester-based Account Manager to join our fun, dynamic, and hardworking company. The role involves working closely with Fatsoma’s client base to meet their day to day needs when using the platform, and working alongside our Business Development Team to retain new clients.

Fatsoma is a social marketing platform. Our mission is to be the place people go to discover, plan, and enjoy experiences. Based in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter we have some of the city’s best restaurants, cafes and community spaces on the doorstep. There’s a diverse mix of personalities in the team that find common ground in everything from team sports, quizzes, beer & cocktails in the office, weekly paid for staff lunches, and bigger gatherings for our quarterly company days. We’ve been building our social marketing platform for the events and hospitality industries over the past 15 years. We love what we do, why we do it, and who we work with. And we think you will too.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the Fatsoma client base with their day to day needs via email and live chat.
- Assisting the Business Development Team with account management tasks.
- Executing operational processes to support the day to day running of the platform.
- Helping event organisers understand platform features and resolve issues quickly and clearly.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requests.
- Providing friendly, proactive and solution-focused support to our client base.

- You’re driven, ambitious, and enjoy working as part of a great team.

- You’re based in or around Manchester (the role is office-based, hybrid working may be available once training is complete).
- You’re comfortable working with Google docs, especially Google Sheets.
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- You have a data-driven approach to business.

The Finer Details
- Location: UK-based, Manchester office with hybrid option.
- Working hours: Mon - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
- Salary £24k to £27k p/a based on experience.
