Account Manager (SaaS)
Account Manager – Real Estate Solutions
This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial Account Manager with a hunter mentality. You’ll drive revenue growth by cross-selling real estate solutions to large clients, tailoring bespoke MRI strategies aligned with clients’ business priorities.
Please note: We recognise your potential if you’re not yet big on real estate experience – prior sales or account management experience is a preference but not essential.
About the Role
MRI Software seeks a self-motivated Account Manager who thrives in a high-performing, quota-driven environment. This role is ideal for an individual with:

You’ll engage end-to-end with decision-makers to retain accounts, expand revenue streams, and drive sustainable growth. This role is 100% remote-friendly, operating a hybrid model with 3 days in-office (based in London). Available immediately to start.
Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Professionally represent MRI to foster trust, drive relationships, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and retain key accounts, ensuring consistent revenue and loyalty through tailored engagement.
- Act as a business partner to clients, aligning MRI solutions to their strategic goals.
- Regularly engage via phone calls, onsite visits, and forums to proactively address needs.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Exceed fiscal targets by uncovering high-value opportunities and securing engagement across multiple stakeholders.
- Cross-sell MRI products/services, including licence-based solutions, to capitalise on existing and varied client needs.
- Recommending contract terms and ensuring compliance while maximising revenue.

Salesforce & Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce activity, including forecasts.
- Ensure all sales stages—enquiries to closures—are meticulously tracked.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Legal, Marketing, Implementation) to drive holistic success.
Requirements
Key Skills & Attributes
- Drive & Passion: Track record of consistently hitting stretch targets, with an appetite for results.
- Software expertise: Experience with Salesforce.com and software solutions (ideal but not mandatory).
- Communication: Ability to articulate product value effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Facilitation: Ambition to lead impactful client conversations and meet deadlines with flexibly.
- Relationship Management: Professionalism with candour; build trust leveraging mental agility and adaptability.
Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Interpersonal & Presentation: Comfortable interacting with high-profile stakeholders.
