DNA Recruit is partnering with a leading Creative Media & Art Agency to recruit an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager for their growing London team.
Renowned for delivering bold, hand-painted advertising campaigns, large-scale public art, and culturally impactful brand experiences, this award-winning agency works with some of the world's biggest brands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of agency and direct clients
- Track and update budgeting, margins, rebates, and project bookings
- Maintain accurate data and reporting through spreadsheets
- Oversee account administration and ensure strong attention to detail
- Engage in regular face-to-face and phone contact with clients
- Support key projects from initiation through delivery
- Contribute to the ongoing cultural and creative vibrancy of the business
Experience Required:
- Previous account management experience within the OOH (out of home) sector or Media Planning agency
- Proven ability to manage significant client relationships and sizeable revenue portfolios
- Strong administrative skills and experience with data-driven reporting
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations
- Experience budgeting, tracking margins, and managing rebate agreements
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects
- Charismatic, personable approach to client management
- Awareness of or interest in new sector trends, e.g., AI, digital platforms, entrepreneurial thinking
