This is not a role for a low energy sales plodder looking for their next job. It is essential that you can display a deep desire to succeed in a competitive, target driven, sales environment. Your Commercial Director should be able to trust you to operate with integrity, bravery and passion at all times and colleagues should see you as an example of what outstanding performance looks like.
You will be responsibilities include: • Sourcing opportunities and generating appointment to win new business in your local market. • Building new and developing existing client relationships, ensuring you clearly understand the client’s business goals. • Exploring the freshest ways of working across our broad range of products. • Creating innovative ideas to deliver results and grow your client’s business. • Thinking and doing things differently, ensuring we stand out in the industry against our competitors. • Working across multi-disciplined teams to efficiently deliver results for our clients. • Presenting creative pitches in a dynamic and engaging way. • The delivery of agreed revenue targets, call rates, activity levels and standards of performance.
