About the Role
As an Account Manager at Ogilvy, you’ll be critical to client success—acting as the project leader and bridge between clients and internal teams. Your role spans strategy, creative execution, and commercial delivery, ensuring campaigns aren’t just delivered but thrive.
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, you’ll own projects from inception, balancing creative ambition with commercial viability while nurturing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with junior and mid-level clients.
- Serve as their primary point of contact for updates, problem-solving, and guidance.

Advocate for Creativity
- Steer projects to align with client strategy while championing creative excellence.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration (creatives, strategists, producers) to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Commercially Astute
- Manage finances to meet project budgets; work with finance teams to monitor spending.
- Approve fees and timelines for small-to-medium projects.

Drive Operational Excellence
- Lead project kick-offs, set up Wrike & Workday, and align internal stakeholders.

- Anticipate challenges and drive solutions, ensuring projects stay on track.
