Role overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager with a focus on social media and content marketing within the B2B space to join our team on Great Portland Street, London. This role reports to an Account Director and works across a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, including organisations in sustainable chemicals, plastics, and food services.

The position follows a hybrid model, with at least two days per week in the office and the remainder remote within the UK.

As an Account Manager - Social & Content (B2B) at Cubaka, you will:

  • Respond to client needs, concerns, and feedback to support overall satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage integrated content programmes across social, web, email, and paid channels, ensuring alignment across funnel stages and customer touchpoints.
  • Translate strategy into structured content plans, guide delivery across teams, and support how content contributes to campaigns and experiences.
  • Understand differences between B2B and B2C client requirements and tailor services accordingly.
  • Manage delivery of digital and social media projects and retainers, including social creative, paid media activations, blogs, webpages, email content, and influencer activity from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver work within agreed timelines and budgets while meeting client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to support revenue growth within your client portfolio.
  • Prepare scopes of work, present budget proposals, and track account finances as projects progress.
  • Stay up to date with developments in social media and digital marketing.
  • Work with creators and influencers, managing these relationships to support campaign reach.
  • Provide insight into social media best practices and share informed perspectives on campaign performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
