Let Us Tell a Bit About The Opportunity

This is a newly created role, and a fantastic opportunity to join and strengthen our high-performing field sales team; the people who are the face of our business and key to our continued success.

You’ll take ownership of a key territory across TN, CT and ME postcodes, with a clear focus on growth and new business. While you’ll build and develop existing relationships, this role is particularly geared towards expanding our footprint, opening new doors, and spotting untapped opportunities.

What will your day look like?

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Build and develop new and existing dealer relationships to generate profitable business
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory
  • Act as a trusted partner, offering insight, advice and guidance to support dealer success
  • Plan and deliver effective territory growth strategies, using data and market insight to shape your approach
  • Run regular meetings with dealers to review performance, share ideas and spot opportunities
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to stay one step ahead

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
