Account Manager - Sponsorship & Brand Activation

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000

The Company

An independent, fast-growing, award-winning sports marketing agency operating at the heart of sponsorship, brand activation, and culture.

  • In just five years, they've gone from ambitious start-up to a significant industry player - picking up major agency awards along the way and building a client roster that spans challenger brands and household names across sport, entertainment, and beyond.
  • They're independent, values-driven, and the momentum is only building. A recent run of new client wins and high-profile campaign work is driving real growth and they're now scaling their team to keep pace with demand.
  • The culture is one they're genuinely proud of - recently recognised as one of the top places to work in the industry - built on personal growth, creative ambition, and a team that's all in together.

The Role

This is an Account Manager role for someone who lives and breathes sponsorship activation - and who's as comfortable crafting a sharp campaign idea as they are delivering it brilliantly.

  • You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, leading day-to-day client relationships and driving the development and delivery of integrated brand activation programs across sport, entertainment, and culture. That spans live events, content, influencer, digital, and more.
  • This isn't a project management role - we want someone who thinks ahead, contributes ideas, and executes them with craft and confidence. Someone who can hold a room with a client and then roll their sleeves up to make it happen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
