Account Manager – Hospitality & Guest Management - F1 and Golf

London | Hybrid (3 Days Per Week)

£40,000 - £45,000

6 Month Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)

We're partnering with a brilliant sports agency on the rise to recruit an Account Manager to join their hospitality and guest management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience delivering premium hospitality, guest experience or event programmes who is looking to work across some of the biggest properties in sport, including Formula 1 and golf.

Working as part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering exceptional guest experiences for clients, partners and VIPs. From managing guest communications and logistics to supporting on-site delivery, you'll be involved throughout the entire event lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of hospitality and guest experience programmes
  • Manage guest communications, invitations, registrations and accreditation processes
  • Coordinate event logistics and work closely with suppliers and venues
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Support budget management and project administration
  • Attend and support events on-site when required
  • Ensure every guest experience is delivered to the highest possible standard

About You

  • Experience within hospitality, guest management, events, sponsorship activation or client services
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident working directly with clients, partners and VIP guests
  • Passionate about live events and delivering world-class experiences
  • Sports industry experience would be advantageous, particularly within Formula 1, golf or premium events
