Account Manager – Sponsorship Activation & Brand Partnerships
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits
We're partnering with an award-winning independent sports and entertainment marketing agency that's built a reputation for delivering standout sponsorship campaigns for some of the world's most recognised brands. Combining strategic thinking with creative execution, the agency helps brands create meaningful connections through sport, culture and live experiences. You'll be joining a collaborative, ambitious team where you'll have genuine ownership, work with household-name brands and play a key role in delivering campaigns that make an impact.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Account Manager looking to take ownership of integrated sponsorship activation campaigns across sport and entertainment.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of a flagship sponsorship account, supporting a major rights partnership spanning both men's and women's sport.
- The work combines content creation, campaign planning and sponsorship activation, offering plenty of opportunity to shape creative ideas and deliver best-in-class executions.
- Support a portfolio of lifestyle and consumer brand accounts across live events, sport and entertainment, working closely with senior leadership while mentoring junior team members.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day management of integrated sponsorship activation campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets and project plans from concept through to delivery.
- Coordinate content shoots, live activations, events and partner activity.
- Build strong relationships with clients, rights holders and external suppliers.
- Develop client presentations, campaign reports and evaluation documents.
- Work closely with creative, strategy and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Support junior team members, helping them develop while ensuring projects run smoothly.
- Contribute to creative thinking and identify opportunities to maximise sponsorship rights.
- Stay on top of trends across sponsorship, social media, culture and live experiences.
About You
You'll already have experience operating at Account Manager level within a sports marketing, sponsorship, brand experience or integrated marketing agency.
