Account Manager

Are you a relationship-driven professional who enjoys building strong client partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery?

Our client, a highly successful and growing professional services organisation based in St Albans, is looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.


About the Role

Working with a portfolio of clients, you’ll be the main point of contact throughout the client journey, ensuring:

  • Projects run smoothly
  • Expectations are managed effectively
  • Clients receive a first-class service at every stage

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
  • Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing clear and professional communication to clients and stakeholders
  • Managing client expectations and resolving queries effectively
  • Reviewing documentation and financial information with high accuracy
  • Ensuring all compliance and administrative requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Collaborating with internal departments to deliver successful outcomes

Requirements

The employer is looking for:

  • Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
  • Quality communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Numeracy and attention to detail
