Account Manager

Our client, a highly successful and growing professional services organisation based in St Albans, is looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
About the Role
Working with a portfolio of clients, you’ll be the main point of contact throughout the client journey, ensuring:

- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle
- Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Providing clear and professional communication to clients and stakeholders
- Managing client expectations and resolving queries effectively
- Reviewing documentation and financial information with high accuracy
- Ensuring all compliance and administrative requirements are met
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver successful outcomes

Requirements
The employer is looking for:
- Previous experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
- Quality communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Numeracy and attention to detail
- Confidence in handling challenging conversations professionally
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong team player with a collaborative style
