Job Description

Working closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, you will help ensure client requirements are met, issues are proactively managed, and service standards remain consistently high. A highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior leadership, strategic client management, and the commercial drivers behind a key account relationship. You will support the successful delivery, performance, and ongoing development of a major client relationship. The role will require travel, including to Manchester, Birmingham and client locations as required.

Requirements for Role

  • Support the management and ongoing development of a major strategic client account.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with key client contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact, ensuring client queries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Produce, analyse, and present Management Information (MI), performance reports, and service data.
  • Monitor account performance against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate and track client actions, claims, service requests, and ongoing initiatives through to completion.
  • Manage complaints and escalations alongside relevant internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Attend client review meetings, operational meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the client experience.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, Claims, Complaints, and other support functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and account documentation.
  • Support account planning activities and contribute to the retention and growth of the client relationship.
  • Ensure responsibilities specific to your role as detailed within BKH P001 Health & Safety Policy are complied with
  • Any other reasonable management request
