About GoPancham

GoPancham is an Inc. 5000 marketing agency that helps fitness businesses grow through paid social advertising on Meta, Instagram, Google, and YouTube — backed by lead follow-up systems and business coaching that drive measurable results.

  • 50+ team members worldwide
  • 200+ active clients
  • 700+ fitness businesses served
  • 7+ years in business

Our mission is simple: become the #1 growth partner for fitness businesses.

About the Role

At GoPancham, "Account Manager" doesn't mean checking in and relaying updates. This is a strategic growth role.

You'll be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of fitness business owners. Clients stay because of you — not because you check in on schedule, but because you think clearly, communicate with authority, and hold a full book without dropping the ball on any of them.

A team of media buyers, creative strategists, and designers handles the execution. Your job is to lead the client relationship, turn performance data into clear strategy, and make every client feel like they have a dedicated growth partner in their corner.

If you have marketing instincts, the discipline to run back-to-back client calls without losing context, real sales sense, and the presence to build trust through competence rather than just communication — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own a book of clients as their primary point of contact. Your retention numbers are a direct reflection of the relationships you build.
  • Run structured strategy and coaching calls on a consistent cadence. Back-to-back capacity isn't a problem — it's a system you manage deliberately.
  • Analyze Meta + Google campaign data and translate it into clear, confident direction. Clients leave every call knowing exactly what's happening and why.
  • Build 6–12 month growth strategies for each client, not just week-to-week recommendations.
  • Spot retention risks early and resolve them before they become cancellations.
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date account logs after every interaction. Context never falls through the cracks.
  • Introduce clients to additional services when it genuinely improves their outcomes.
  • Collaborate daily with media buyers, creative strategists, and designers to keep campaigns aligned with client goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who You Are

  • You think like a strategist. You build plans, anticipate problems, and bring perspective — not just updates.
  • Clients stay because of who you are. You build relationships through competence and consistency, and retention is personal to you.
  • You can hold a full book without losing ground. Multiple accounts and constant context-switching are your normal.
  • You treat your time as your most valuable asset — organized, disciplined, and proactive about what needs to happen and when.
  • You have real marketing knowledge and stay current because you find it genuinely interesting.
  • You're resourceful. When you don't know the answer, you find it before asking someone else.

What You'll Need

Required

  • 3+ years in client success (NOT customer service), account management, or digital marketing roles (sales included).
  • A track record of managing a high-volume client book with strong retention outcomes.
  • Marketing knowledge deep enough to lead a strategic client conversation with confidence.
  • Impeccable time management — you hold structure across a packed schedule without losing quality.
  • Clear, confident communication on calls and in writing.
  • Availability full-time, Monday to Friday. Our clients are based across the US and Canada, so this role requires meaningful daily overlap with North American business hours.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience.
  • CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and marketing automation.
  • Fitness industry experience (a bonus, not a requirement).

This Role Probably Isn't For You If…

  • You see the job as checking in and passing along updates — that's not growth-focused account management.
  • A packed call schedule breaks your focus. A full calendar shouldn't destabilize your work quality.
  • You wait for a client to raise a concern before acting on retention. By then it's already too late.
  • You rely on someone else to tell you what to prioritize. You need to run your own system.
  • You wait for instructions before taking action. We provide tools and playbooks, not hand-holding.

What We Offer

  • Earnings of £28,000–£38,000 (UK) per year (base salary + retention bonus + commission).
  • Fully remote, full-time.
  • Paid time off.
  • A 50+ person team of media buyers, designers, creative strategists, and leadership invested in your growth.
  • Proven systems, structured onboarding, and direct access to performance data most client-facing roles never see.
  • We promote from within.
