About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to grow revenue within an existing portfolio of strategic customers. You’ll focus on expanding and strengthening current customer relationships by increasing product adoption, growing contract value, and securing longer-term agreements. You’ll work closely with Customer Success and other teams to ensure customers see clear value while delivering sustainable commercial growth for Hubexo.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving upsell and cross-sell revenue across an assigned customer portfolio increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing customer organisations
- Increasing Annual Contract Value (ACV) through upgrades, packaging, and multi-product adoption
- Converting short-term agreements into multi-year contracts
- Leading commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
- Running value-led account reviews
- Working closely with Customer Success to manage renewals, expansion, and risk
- Maintaining accurate opportunity tracking and forecasts in CRM
- Ownership of large ICP customers globally, managing upsell opportunities and working with a wider global KAM network

What Success Looks Like
- Accounts grow year-on-year without heavy discounting and on preferred payment methods
- Customers move into higher-value products and longer-term agreements
- Strong renewal rates and healthy Net Revenue Retention
- Trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience growing revenue within existing customer accounts
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Structured, data-driven approach to account management
- Comfortable balancing relationship building with commercial discipline
- Experience in stakeholder mapping and strategic sales processes
- Ability to question, network, and identify opportunities

Package
Competitive base salary plus variable compensation OTE 76-86k
