Account Manager - Telecoms & IT

📈 Field-Based Account Manager – Telecoms & IT 📍 Glasgow 💰 £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £60,000+)

An established and growing business within the technology and communications sector is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers.

The Role Manage and grow a portfolio of existing business accounts Build strong relationships with key decision-makers Conduct regular customer review meetings Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Analyse customer data to uncover growth opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Prepare and present account performance reports

What We're Looking For ✔️ Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management, Client Development, or B2B Sales ✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs ✔️ Strong relationship-building and communication skills ✔️ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel ✔️ Commercially minded with a proactive approach ✔️ Highly organised and customer-focused
