Position: Account Manager – Commerce
THG Ingenuity Commerce play a key role in delivering world-class ecommerce solutions for globally recognised brands. As part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, digital, and client services to drive performance and unlock commercial value. This is an opportunity to build strong client partnerships while shaping the future of online retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Own a portfolio of Commerce client relationships, ensuring alignment on key partnership goals and objectives. Maintain regular, proactive communication, building strong trust with stakeholders and ensuring any challenges are surfaced and resolved transparently. Act as the strategic voice of the client internally.
- Account Management & Growth: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s ecommerce business to identify and drive organic growth opportunities across digital and platform services. Lead conversations around account expansion, renewals, and long-term partnership development.
- Performance & Reporting: Oversee performance across accounts, ensuring KPIs are tracked and communicated clearly to clients. Provide insight-led reporting that demonstrates value, identifies risks, and supports strategic decision-making.
- Escalation Management: Own senior-level escalations, ensuring issues are managed effectively and resolved in partnership with internal teams. Maintain client confidence through clear and proactive communication.
- Change Management: Oversee change requests, ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and commercial considerations are managed effectively.
- Commercial Ownership & P&L Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of account commercial performance, including revenue, cost drivers, and margin. Proactively identify risks or opportunities and escalate where needed to protect and grow account value.
- Data & Insight: Leverage ecommerce data (e.g. trading performance, customer behaviour, conversion metrics) to provide strategic recommendations and strengthen client partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technology, digital, trading, and finance teams to deliver best-in-class ecommerce solutions. Act as a senior bridge between client needs and internal delivery.

- Proven experience in Account Management / Client Services within ecommerce, digital, or related environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator, able to lead client conversations and present insights
- Commercially aware, with experience managing account growth and performance
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
