About the Role
Our agency partner is an award-winning independent creative agency delivering standout campaigns across sport, fashion, FMCG, tourism, and lifestyle brands. Known for bold ideas and exceptional execution, they work with some of the UK's most recognised names to create campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences.
They're now looking for an Account Manager to become the driving force behind client relationships and project delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves building trusted partnerships, and enjoys keeping multiple creative projects moving from brief to delivery.
This isn't a role for someone who simply updates status reports. You'll be at the heart of the agency, solving problems, managing expectations, supporting the creative team, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
IMPORTANT: This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. If you like it calm and predictable, this isnβt for you. If you enjoy working with cool brands in an exciting environment, maybe it is!
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of agency clients.
- Build strong, trusted relationships and become a valued extension of your clients' marketing teams.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and add value wherever possible.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
