Senior Account Manager – UCaaS / CCaaS
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with extensive UCaaS and CCaaS expertise to join a leading company. This position involves managing strategic customer relationships, growing recurring revenue, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes through long-term account development and consulting engagement.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary commercial lead for assigned accounts, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellence in customer service with the utmost business integrity and professionalism
- Uphold high standards of presentation in all professional engagements
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support business growth
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technology advancements, and market direction
Core Account Management Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic customer accounts, fostering long-term engagement and expansion
- Prepare business propositions, reports, and commercial strategies to support customer needs
- Influence decisions to enhance revenue scope and service uptake
- Uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts, including service improvements
- Develop new business prospects, including sector-focused and partnering opportunities
- Coordinate technical workshops and engagement planning, ensuring constructive outcomes
- Plan, review, and manage significant projects as well as broader change initiatives
- Navigate complex situations with resilience, making difficult decisions under pressure
- Resolve conflicts and promote cooperation across teams and customer organisations
- Develop and implement customer success and account growth strategies, ensuring retention, service adoption, and commercial success

Stakeholder & Resource Leadership
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with customers, aligning cross-team engagement plans
- Liasie with internal and external resources, managing communications to drive successful bids and client development
- Coordinate efforts between teams to maximise client satisfaction and account expansion

The Senior Account Manager must demonstrate:

Experience & Background
While experience with UCaaS / CCaaS solutions is a priority, we are open to equally skilled candidates from diverse sectors, provided they demonstrate strong commercial acumen, relationship-building, and experience in complex account management. Above all, the successful applicant must be a results-driven professional capable of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
