Account Manager UK (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION:

To join us in disrupting the international energy trading market and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work. You’ll be the face of enmacc with our clients in the UK energy market working closely with this client segment and engaging them to become digital leaders in energy trading. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will be responsible for the long-term success of our international, professional trading customer base and with the full support of the business and your team you will:

  • Work closely with a portfolio of current clients  to define success and help them maximise value out of engaging with the enmacc platform in the UK market.
  • Proactively have regular touch points with clients, planning & supporting their trading needs. 
  • Develop and convert a pipeline of prospective clients in the large, international energy and environmental commodity trading segment in the UK.
  • Lead the onboarding process of new clients and assist them in driving user adoption within their whole organisation.
  • Autonomously oversee the development of new and current client accounts and the evolution of the UK energy market, regarding business opportunities and potential competitors.
  • Act as a link between departments to drive customer advocacy by delivering actionable client feedback.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Five or more years of experience in the energy origination or trading business; for example, as an Energy Trader or energy-related Software Account Manager.
  • Experience in the UK energy space is a must, with a strong network that enables you to hit the ground running.
  • Knowledge of both physical and financial energy trading.
  • Highly ambitious regarding your career, your skills, and your success.
  • Autonomous self-starter who can work on your own initiative, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Affinity for digital products and services, with the confidence that digitalisation is key to market growth.
  • Skillful at building long-term relationships with traders and key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to travel periodically to our Munich Head Office
