The Role Lumivero is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive the expansion of business within our largest and most visible customers. The Account Manager is a strategic member of the Go-to-Market team, responsible for providing business leadership and creative direction within our key account portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Account Management, the Account Manager will be selling at the most strategic level within each account and implementing a broad strategy for revenue expansion. You will work closely with client success, marketing, and product teams to maximize the value of each relationship. This is a challenging role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and resilience. The right candidate is a technically savvy problem-solver who can close deals while also building strong relationships with future clients. Success will require a strong knowledge of Lumivero’s product portfolio, our existing clients, and the ability to connect our solutions to problems buyers are trying to solve.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship manager and liaison between key customers and Lumivero. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain client satisfaction and trust to expand the footprint, introduce new software products and increase wallet share. Manage the full sales cycle with customers using a consultative, relationship-driven approach. Identify and size revenue opportunities by account, roadblocks to expanding or retaining revenue and facilitate with internal teams to build winning strategies. Define a relationship strategy within each account. Achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company and manage and document pipeline and forecast in a CRM. Provide summaries to management regarding revenue opportunities and risks, and any product feedback or insights from our top clients. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years’ work experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager successfully growing and retaining high value accounts in a SaaS environment. 5+ years of consistent and demonstrable achievement as a “Top Producer” in past quotacarrying roles. Effective strategic communication with all levels of the client organization, with a focus on driving relationships and action, from end-user to C-suite. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision- makers. Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers will buy and how to leverage that information. Proficient working with Salesforce.com, Virtual Meeting software (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.), and MS Office products. Preferred Skills and Experience Graduate of formal sales (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) programs. Experience successfully selling data intelligence SaaS software to Fortune 1000 brands.
