The Opportunity

For this role we are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated and creative Account Manager to join our UK team.
The Role
Responsible for managing client expectations and overseeing the development of new opportunities from an existing key client.

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs pw
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and follow up on commercial opportunities
- Manage client expectations throughout the development and production process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to credentials presentations, aligned with our commercial policy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal teams (project management, design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects
- Translate client needs into strategic, creative, and feasible proposals that reflect Outform’s values and capabilities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while maintaining healthy margins and contributing to business unit profitability
- Monitor and report on pipeline progress in line with KPIs and financial targets
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance, client satisfaction, and commercial outcomes

Key Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years Account Management experience or related experience within retail display or similar business
- Have a passion for working with well-known national and international brands
- High level of initiative and proactivity, with the ability to work autonomously and balance multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, able to formulate and write our values, strategy and proposed solution on clients opportunities
- Fluency in another language is considered advantageous
- Ability to travel domestic and international
Salary: TBC depending on background and experience
