About the Company
Working with one of the UK’s leading providers of Network Solutions, serving some of Britain’s biggest and most well-known organisations. For over 20 years, they have delivered outstanding networking, security, and connectivity solutions, earning a reputation built on a customer-first approach, innovation, and technical expertise.
Growth comes with a shared mission to nurture talent — and they’re now looking for an Account Manager to join and help drive that success.
Perfect for: Experienced Account Managers specialising in LAN/WAN solutions, who thrive selling enterprise-level services and excel at building strong, long-term client relationships.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Grow client relationships by understanding their business needs and recommending tailored LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and security solutions
- Manage full account lifecycle: renewals, quoting, delivery, and billing—collaborating closely with internal teams
- Upsell and cross-sell with a focus on value-add (not just transactions)
- Leverage face-to-face interactions to build partnerships rather than simply hitting targets
- Create compelling proposals that clearly illustrate how your solutions will help clients shine
- Host regular meetings, QBRs, and strategic reviews to maintain meaningful relationships
- Own end-to-end account management, from forecasting and reporting to portfolio growth—while consistently exceeding targets
- Earn credibility and influence across all levels, including the C-suite
- Stay ahead of trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor
- Understand commercials: bidding processes, margins, budgets, and revenue impact to drive sustainable growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
