Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise customer relationships within Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, or IT Services organizations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving account growth, renewals, and business expansion.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic enterprise customer accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop account plans to drive customer growth, retention, and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation services.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to achieve revenue and customer success goals.
- Ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements aligned with customer business objectives.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned enterprise customers.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive meetings, and strategic account discussions.
- Understand customer business priorities and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve escalations.
Business Growth & Commercial Management
- Drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
- Identify expansion opportunities across Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Enterprise Planning services.
- Monitor account profitability and ensure sustainable business growth.

Delivery & Customer Success Alignment
- Partner with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and delivery quality.
- Coordinate internal resources and support adoption of new solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Delivery, Product, Solution Architects, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Support customer presentations, proposals, and solution workshops.
Required Experience
- 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Partner, or Enterprise Relationship Management.
- Experience managing enterprise customers in IT Services, Data Analytics, AI, or Cloud Consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
