Account Manager – Public Sector SaaS

📍 Remote (UK) | 💰 Up to £55,000 Base + £15,000 OTE

Are you an Account Manager who excels at building long-term customer relationships, driving renewals, and helping clients maximize the value of technology solutions?

We're supporting a growing software and data solutions business looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to manage and develop an established portfolio of public sector clients. This role is centered around customer retention, account growth, stakeholder engagement, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes rather than high-volume new business sales.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving customer renewals and retention
  • Growing revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understanding customer challenges and business objectives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact
  • Providing customer feedback to internal product and leadership teams
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and account plans
  • Supporting customers through product and service developments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
