Big Picture's award-winning teams work with direct sales, channel partners, and customers to drive adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions to a global audience.
As our teams expand further, we are looking for an Account Team Manager to manage the delivery of sales and enablement services to key clients across the EMEA Channel business. The role will manage multiple teams of Technical Sales and Business Development Managers throughout EMEA.
Successful candidates will have experience within the compute sales channel, compute direct sales and have successfully managed teams.

Responsibilities
- Understand the clients' objectives on sales and training outcomes for the team to deliver to direct sales, channel partners and customers.
- Strategise methodologies and processes to deliver on these outcomes. This will involve planning both team activities and measurement criteria to ensure the team overachieves on expectations.
- Implement this strategy with the team. Build a strong cadence of reporting to measure success and identify training/ service gaps.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the services and report progress against objectives both internally and with the clients.
- Identify any instances of underperformance or knowledge/ skills gaps and build a program to support the teams in removing any barriers to success.
- Improve the ongoing service delivery by collating feedback from all internal and external stakeholders and recommending changes to align with more successful outcomes.
- Support the extended team by delivering product presentations and keynotes during roadshows.

Skills
- Proven track record of driving teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- 5+ years in-depth knowledge of the IT sales market, both in direct and indirect channels
- Excellent reporting and analysis acumen
- Pro-active management experience - leading from the front
- Innovative team building and motivational skills
- Creativity in overcoming obstacles and driving change
