[Annual Salary] Circa £45,000 base salary + commission, dependent on skills & experience

《The Role_ As Account Manager, you’ll champion Cybit’s growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the mid-market and enterprise sectors. Utilising a strategic, solution-led approach, you’ll collaborate closely with customers to understand their challenges, aspirations, and needs, building trusted, long-term partnerships that drive tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within assigned markets
  • Partner with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to proposal delivery and execution
  • Observe & share feedback from the market to innovate products/services competitively
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to align customer-centric solutions
  • Ensure accurate CRM data reflects sales activity, pipeline progress, and account health

SPRING: You’ll sell enterprise solutions with growth potential, gain exposure across diverse market segments, and accelerate your career through ownership of end-to-end sales processes.
