Kitch is an award-winning, female-led social agency. Founded in 2012, we have guided an impressive portfolio of premium brands through the evolution of social media.
Born from a passion for hospitality, Natalie – our Founder and CEO, grew up in a family business with 17 restaurants. Before starting the agency, she worked in-house for La Tasca, building large-scale customer loyalty initiatives and developing their social media strategy.
Today, our team combines their unified love of hospitality with the ability to grow thriving communities. We connect brands with people, managing all our clients’ social media needs. Our work has organically expanded to include an amazing line-up of premium food, drink and lifestyle businesses.

ROLE
As an Account Manager at Kitch, you’ll be at the heart of building communities for some of the UK’s most exciting hospitality, food, drink and lifestyle brands.
You’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity and relationship building to help clients turn social media into meaningful connections with their audiences. From developing content strategies and leading campaigns to analysing performance and identifying opportunities, you’ll play a key role in delivering social that drives real-world impact.
This is a role for someone who is curious about what makes communities tick, passionate about social trends and excited to grow alongside a fast-moving agency.
You’ll have 1-2 years’ experience working in social media, with a strong understanding of platforms, trends, content creation and audience behaviour. You’ll be confident translating client goals into effective social media strategies and delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll typically manage a portfolio of exciting brands while developing a specialist area that supports the wider Kitch team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Building trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact.
- Developing and delivering social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms.
- Creating engaging content calendars that balance brand objectives, audience insights and social trends.
- Leading campaign planning, execution and reporting.
- Monitoring performance, identifying insights and turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Managing communities on behalf of clients, bringing their brand voice to life through meaningful conversations.
- Supporting paid social activity across Meta and TikTok, with full training provided.
- Staying ahead of platform updates, trends and cultural moments to keep clients relevant.
- Collaborating with the wider team to develop creative ideas and elevate client work.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within your first 6 months, you’ll:
- Confidently manage client relationships and lead regular meetings.
- Own content strategies and calendars for your accounts.
- Turn insights into recommendations that improve performance.
- Bring fresh creative ideas and social trends into client conversations.
- Develop a specialist area that adds value across the agency.

HOW AND WHEN WE WORK
- Full time contract of 37.5 hours per week plus community care rota responsibilities shared across the team.
- Flexitime – flexible working hours to fit your life, supporting wellbeing, caring commitments and natural working rhythms.
- Remote Working – all employees have the opportunity to work remotely. We operate a hybrid model, working in our Chichester office 2 days per week (typically Monday and Wednesday).

SALARY & STARTING
We are looking for someone to join our team in September/October 2026.
GROWING AT KITCH
As part of our team growth we have monthly 1:1's, quarterly objective setting both ways, annual reviews and looking ahead. Salaries will be reviewed annually in line with company figures, market sustainability, overall performance and attitude. Increases range from 3%-10% based on the above.
Salary based on experience.
TEAM SPECIALISMS
Each person will have a dedicated speciality subject they will support others on - pitches, events, knowledge.
