Account Manager

The Role We are looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic white-space customers, based at our Leeds site.
This is a high-impact account growth role at the centre of our customer strategy. You will be responsible for expanding customer value, driving adoption of next-generation managed services, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

You will operate as a trusted advisor, aligning technology to business outcomes, identifying opportunities, and delivering consistent commercial growth across your accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing Own and develop a portfolio of strategic customer relationships Lead quarterly business reviews, service reviews and account planning Develop and execute Account Development Plans (ADPs) to drive long-term revenue growth across managed and professional services Drive adoption of broader solutions across cyber security, cloud and connectivity (e.g. XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, Microsoft 365) Manage renewals, contract negotiations and full commercial lifecycle Collaborate with Pre-Sales, SOC/NOC and Delivery teams to shape and close opportunities
What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ account management experience within MSP, cybersecurity or IT services Strong commercial track record in managing and expanding mid-to-large customer accounts Consultative, outcome-led approach to selling and account development Good understanding of modern IT environments, including cloud, networking and security (e.g. SD-WAN, MDR/XDR, SIEM, backup, infrastructure services) Credibility at senior stakeholder level, with strong relationship and influencing skills Commercially astute, confident managing renewals, pricing and multi-year agreements Target-driven, with a consistent track record of delivering against revenue objectives Highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment
