About us

Assembly Coffee is an independent specialty roaster based in London. We exist to push the boundaries of how coffee is experienced, appreciated and communicated while working with some of the UK's most progressive cafés, restaurants and hospitality operators.

Our approach is collaborative and purposeful. We believe innovation should create real value, not novelty, and we're driven to set new benchmarks for how specialty coffee can deliver both quality and impact. From our partners in hospitality to the communities we source from, we invest in relationships that are long-term, transparent and mutually beneficial.

At Assembly, we combine rigour and creativity in equal measure. We're a team that values clarity, respect and excellence, and we aim to lead the industry by showing what's possible when ambition is paired with integrity.

About the role

We're looking for an Account Manager to build, develop and retain strong partnerships across Assembly's wholesale client base, with a particular focus on our Marquee and Tier 1 partners — our highest-value and most strategically important accounts.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to support their growth and ours. This role combines relationship management, training, technical support, commercial awareness and reporting, requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on client support.

You'll work closely with partners to understand their needs, help them get the most from our products and services, and ensure Assembly remains a trusted partner in their continued success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
