Love corporate red tape?
Enjoy being a small cog in a big machine?
How about not having any say in the creative?
Or not having the flexibility to slot work around life stuff?
Nope, didn’t think so.
You’ve had some experience working in ad agencies, but you want more of a voice and to be closer to the work itself.
You want to be trusted to find answers to problems yourself.
Your previous experience might make people think you're a bit of a Frankenstein, but the line between Account Executives and Project Executing has become blurred.
And anyway, we like people with a varied history.
This experience has made you equally comfortable supporting on a variety of client needs and getting your hands dirty in a Gantt chart.
What you'll do
- You'll support the Senior Account Manager with all the day-to-day account management and project management.
- Helping to be the glue that holds everything together, making sure that all the tasks, deliverables and milestones are achieved by the team.
- You'll be another point of contact for the client, building a rapport with them and understanding their needs.
- You'll be able to ask the right questions to get clarity on the project scope, timelines and deliverables.
- You'll also support the onboarding process with new clients, liaising with their procurement and marketing teams.
- And alongside this, supporting the new biz team from a purely project management and logistics support perspective.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
