Account Project Manager
Location: Biddisham, Somerset | Work Type: Full Time | Working Style: Hybrid Salary: £28,000 base + uncapped commission | First Year OTE: £35,000

We are partnering with a fast-growing UK innovator in water technology, delivering:
- Critical infrastructure
- Flood prevention systems
- Environmental protection solutions
- Water recycling systems
Our clients are some of the UK’s biggest contractors, housebuilders, and water utilities. The work is technically fascinating, commercially driven, and genuinely impactful, delivered across major residential and commercial developments nationwide.
We are currently seeking ambitious first or second-job influencers—including recent graduates—to join as Junior Project Managers and grow right alongside us.

The Role
From your very first day, you’ll take full ownership of real projects and meaningful client relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the go-to person for a portfolio of live construction projects
- Coordinating between clients and the technical team to ensure projects stay on time and on spec
- Managing inbound project enquiries with purpose—no cold calling
- Producing specifications-driven quotes and negotiating terms
- Driving opportunities from enquiry to order
- Benefitting from full training and structured onboarding from the start
Who They’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience—what matters is the right mindset. Ideal candidates are:
- Recent graduates ready to hit the ground running
- Professionals with 1-2 years of experience in coordination, customer-facing roles, or similar
- Organised, commercially curious, and eager to progress -Ready to build trusted relationships with contractors and developers who already work with us.
