Account Project Manager
Internal Account & Projects Executive
Location: St Helens | Type: Full Time | Work Arrangement: Office Based (5 days a week) 🚗 Free parking included 🎓 Full training provided – No industry experience needed; only a willing attitude sought
💰 Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 base + 20% Annual Bonus
About the Company
Join an established and growing business specialising in the technical/construction supply space, partnering with major contractors across the industry. In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for customers, taking full ownership of every project—from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Role & Responsibilities
You’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts and live projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Key tasks include:
- Producing accurate quotations and coordinating projects through delivery
- Maintaining regular contact with major customers to align on future projects
- Updating CRM records to reflect account status and requirements
- Providing technical advice on product specification, features, and installation
- Ensuring smooth order processing and supporting customers throughout every stage
Full training is provided, allowing you to develop industry knowledge from day one.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live projects
- A customer-focused mindset, with a genuine desire to nurture relationships
- Experience or aptitude for communication (preferably in a technical, construction, or sales environment)
- Confidence in problem-solving and driving projects to completion
- No formal industry experience needed, but fast learners and proactive attitudes are a must

- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales—especially within a technical or construction-related sector
- A positive DNA for teamwork within a fast-paced, results-driven environment
