£25,000 - £28,000 base + 20% Annual Bonus

Company

Take ownership of every project, from first enquiry through to delivered order. We're partnering with an established and growing business in the technical/construction supply space, working with major contractors and customers across the industry. You'll be the central point of contact for your customers, managing live projects end to end, building long-term relationships, and making sure every account is looked after properly. The work is varied, fast-paced, and rewards people who take pride in getting things right for their customers.

Role

They're now looking for an organised, customer-focused Internal Account & Projects Executive to join the team. You'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts and live projects from the moment an enquiry lands. That means producing accurate quotations, coordinating each project through to order, and keeping customers updated and supported at every stage. You'll maintain regular contact with major customers to understand their upcoming projects and requirements, keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and provide technical advice on product specification, features, and installation. Full training is provided, so you'll be supported to build genuine product and industry knowledge from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
