Our culture – kind, respectful, and growth-focused – is our pride, joy, and competitive edge. Here’s what’s important to us:
A Feel for Our Culture
We aim to revolutionise the savings market by delivering high performance. This isn’t just about talent—it’s about fostering a culture where:
- Kindness and respect are essential.
- Everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
- Support and development opportunities help you exceed expectations.
Driven by mix of innovation, empathy, and drive, we aim to reshape financial technology—not just another part of the industry.
The Partner Engagement Specialist Role
This is for you if:
🔹 You’re a relationship builder, skilled at direct outreach to financial advisers (IFAs) and wealth managers.
🔹 You thrive in business development—identifying and engaging new IFA firms—and relationship management—deepening interest, training advisers, and driving consistent referrals.
🔹 You understand what motivates IFAs and know how to position Flagstone’s proposition to serve their clients effectively.
Flagstone is the UK’s leading cash platform, with £19bn in assets under administration (AuA), and our growth target? £50bn by 2028. This role sits at the heart of our ambitions.
What You’ll Do:
Partner Engagement
- Own and manage a defined regional territory, ensuring broad engagement and high referral activity.
- Spend most of your time ‘in the field’, visiting firms, attending events, and building long-term referral partnerships.
- Approach new IFA firms not yet partnered with Flagstone, progressing leads from initial meetings to active referrals.
- Deepen relationships with under-performing partners and develop volume from firms actively referring clients.
- Drive consistent referral performance through robust relationship nurturing.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
