Haver Analytics is the premier provider of time series data for the global strategy, research and quant communities. We deliver primary-sourced databases, a wealth of key survey and forecast data from our industry partners, and a robust offering of archive databases that drive machine learning for big data applications. We continuously display up-to-the-minute data from over 2500 government and private sources via integration with Microsoft Office and all leading statistical packages through our DLX® software and platform-independent HaverView™.

Job description
Haver Analytics seeks an Account Representative as part of our expanding Account Management team to join our growing team of consulting support professionals. Haver provides professional services to the community of economists, data scientists, strategists and risk managers within the corporate marketplace and public sector.

The Account Representative position is full time and will be based in our London office. Minimum qualification for the position is an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline with fluency in French. Candidates should have the flexibility to travel internationally.
The Haver London office is a growing field office supporting a diverse set of clients including central banks, buy side/sell side and large non-financial corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and promote adoption of Haver’s services
- Providing on-line and on-site training on Haver Analytics software
- Applying a consultative approach to training and become an expert in “knowing your audience”
- Supporting the account management team to identify opportunities within the existing client base and assisting with onboarding new clients
- Communicating effectively new software and data developments from Haver.
- Managing and facilitating occasional project work in platforms such as Excel
- Attending trade shows and sales related events

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance or related discipline.
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Exposure to statistical platforms such as Python and R (desirable though full training provided)
- Previous experience in a customer service industry (desirable)
